Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY


www.globalgolftechsolutions.com.au handles returns/exchanges and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return or exchange your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Opened goods must be returned in original and unused condition.  Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of www.globalgolftechsolutions.com.au.

Please note that in the case of returns or exchanges the buyer is responsible for the return and any shipping costs, unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. We are not required by Australian law to provide refunds for change of mind.

Note: Custom engraved orders will not be eligible for change of mind returns.

COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT


For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), www.globalgolftechsolutions.com.au’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or for any advice received in this regard.

WARRANTY POLICY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will issue you with a return postage label, please post the product to us at your earliest convenience for warranty repair/replacement part, full replacement or refund. Replacement parts or full replacements will be sent to you postage free. This warranty is additional to a consumer’s rights and remedies at law.

WARNINGS

Our products are designed as training aids or to protect or act as bases for golf launch monitors and are not made to be sat on or to have any heavy objects placed or stored on them. No responsibility will be taken for injuries or property damage caused by incorrect usage.

If your product comes with a mini laser level please heed the warnings written on the laser packaging at all times.  No responsibility will be taken for improper usage of the mini laser level.

WHEN INSERTING BOLTS INTO BASE OF UNIT (IF APPLICABLE TO YOUR MODEL) DO NOT USE A DRILL.  HAND TIGHTEN ONLY.
